1. General Provisions
LLC "Elite Sea Agency" (hereinafter referred to as the Organization) has developed, documented, and implemented a Quality Management System (QMS) that aligns with the Organization's strategic objectives and complies with both national (Georgia) and international legal and regulatory requirements, including: ISO 9001:2015, NI-563, and MLC-2006.
The QMS is designed to ensure sustainable development and the consistent delivery of high-quality services in the field of maritime agency operations and related services.
2. Objectives and Priorities
The main goal of this Quality Policy is to increase customer satisfaction by delivering safe, timely, and compliant services.
The Organization recognizes that thorough process planning and the full satisfaction of client requirements are critical factors in achieving established goals.
Additional priorities include:
- Compliance with all applicable international and national requirements.
- Continuous improvement of process efficiency and service quality.
- Maintaining and strengthening the Organization’s reputation as a reliable market partner.
3. Policy Structure
Based on the above principles, the Organization has established the following key components of its quality policy:
- Commercial Policy
- Aimed at studying and identifying customer needs and aligning the Organization’s service offerings with current market expectations.
- Technical Policy
- Defines the processes necessary for the operation of the QMS, their sequence and interaction, as well as the mechanisms for control and availability of resources, technologies, and information.
- Human Resources Policy
- Focused on attracting, developing, and retaining qualified, competent, and professionally trained personnel.
- Social Policy
- Designed to foster employee engagement, a sense of personal responsibility, and active involvement in maintaining and improving the QMS.
4. Leadership Role and Monitoring
Top management plays an active role in implementing the policy by:
- Ensuring that all employees understand and are aligned with the policy objectives.
- Integrating QMS requirements into daily operations.
- Conducting systematic reviews and evaluations of QMS effectiveness.
- Monitoring market trends and internal performance through quality analysis.
